Distributing cash dividends of 1.1 billion

Chang'an Automobile will distribute a cash dividend of 1.15 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 9,912,924,112 shares, without converting reserves into share capital.

Plans to raise 5.267 billion
