Yuzhou Properties (01628.HK) announced that in March, the contracted sales amount was RMB 482 million, a year-on-year decrease of 44.7%; the sales area was 37,351 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 12,907 per square meter.

In the first three months, the cumulative contracted sales amount was RMB 1.374 billion, a decrease of 29%; the sales area involved was approximately 108,200 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 12,700 per square meter
