WANGUO GOLD GP (03939.HK) announced that on April 1st and 2nd, Mr. Gao Mingqing, the founder, major shareholder, and chairman, purchased a total of 2.03 million shares of the company through his wholly-owned subsidiary, with an average price of HKD 14.245 and HKD 13.6591 per share, respectively. After the increase, Mr. Gao holds a total of 1.133 billion shares, accounting for 25.62% of the company's total share capital
