# The Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and others interviewed Ctrip and six other train ticket sales platforms, prohibiting high-frequency ticket grabbing operations

The Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and the National Railway Administration jointly interviewed Ctrip-S (09961.HK), Tongcheng (00780.HK), Qunar, Alibaba-W (09988.HK) subsidiary Fliggy, Meituan-W (03690.HK), Zhixing Train Ticket, and Gaotie Guanjia, among seven third-party internet platforms involved in train ticket sales. They required the relevant platforms to strictly implement the requirements of cybersecurity laws and regulations, prohibiting the use of automated programs to conduct large-scale and high-frequency ticket grabbing operations, which interfere with the safety verification measures of the railway 12306 platform and endanger the safe and stable operation of the platform.

Subsequently, relevant departments will strengthen technical monitoring, and if any behavior that interferes with and endangers the safety of the railway 12306 platform is discovered using technical means, serious penalties will be imposed in accordance with laws and regulations
