ALCO HOLDINGS (00328.HK) announced that Liao Liping has resigned as Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, and Tian Yi has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, effective April 10, to devote more time to personal affairs.

On the same day, Pan Ying has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board
