Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas to farm down 60% offshore Namibia stakes to BP Namibia Energy

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd. has agreed to farm down 60% of its participating interest in three offshore petroleum exploration licenses in Namibia to BP Namibia Energy. The deal, signed on April 10, includes Blocks 2012A PEL97, 2111B and 2211A PEL99, and 2211B and 2311A PEL100. After the transaction, Eco will retain a 25% interest in these licenses, pending approval from Namibian authorities.
