# According to reports, SIGENERGY was initially oversubscribed by 1,103 times, with 200,000 retail investors participating

Distributed Energy Storage System (DESS) solution provider SIGENERGY (06656.HK) today (13th) suspended its offering. Reports indicate that the public offering portion has recorded an oversubscription of 1,103 times, involving approximately HKD 49.07 billion, with 200,000 retail investors participating.

The company is offering 13.5739 million H shares, of which 10% are for public offering in Hong Kong, with an offering price of HKD 324.2 per share, and a minimum investment of HKD 32,746.96 for 100 shares. The shares are expected to begin trading this Thursday (16th). CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. and BNP Paribas are the joint sponsors
