# No new IPO applications were accepted last week

36Kr learned that on April 13, the Shanghai Stock Exchange released the review information valid until April 12, 2026. Last week (April 6 - April 12), there were no new companies accepted for review. As of April 12, there have been 12 new companies accepted this year. As of April 12, there are a total of 292 companies under review across all boards. Among them, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has 58 companies (16 on the Main Board and 42 on the STAR Market), the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has 53 companies (16 on the Main Board and 37 on the Growth Enterprise Market), and the Beijing Stock Exchange has 181 companies. As of April 12, 2026, 13 companies have been announced to have their reviews terminated (withdrawn materials + rejected/terminated registration), including 7 from the Shanghai Stock Exchange (3 on the Main Board and 4 on the STAR Market), 1 from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market, and 5 from the Beijing Stock Exchange
