# The power grid equipment sector continues to adjust, focusing on the long-term allocation value of the E Fund Hang Seng China A Power Grid Equipment ETF (560390)

On April 13th, the performance of assets containing "electric" showed divergence, with battery stocks strengthening while the power grid equipment sector continued to adjust. By the close, the Hang Seng A-Share Power Grid Equipment Index fell by 2.1%.

CICC pointed out that since the beginning of the year, investment in the two networks has continued to accelerate, the pace of ultra-high voltage construction has quickened, the demand for main network bidding has steadily increased, and the bidding for electric meters is approaching last year's total level, showing a trend of rising volume and price across the power grid industry chain; at the same time, the export of power equipment remains high, and the profitability elasticity of domestic companies is expected in the global power investment cycle.
