Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that it sold 55 bitcoins last week at an average price of $70,560, generating approximately $3.9 million in revenue. Its total Bitcoin holdings have decreased to 2,934 bitcoins. The company also disclosed that it has spent approximately $147 million to repurchase 25,805,396 shares of common stock and will continue to sell Bitcoin as needed to fund future share buybacks and potentially repay some outstanding debt.
