# China Chengtong Development Group's subsidiary signs a sale-leaseback agreement with Huadian Datong New Energy

Zhongguo Chengtong Development Group (00217) announced that on April 13, 2026, Chengtong Financial Leasing (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessee (Huadian Datong New Energy Co., Ltd.). According to this agreement, Chengtong Financial Leasing will purchase leasing assets from the lessee and lease the assets back to the lessee for a period of 2 years, but may be terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement. The leasing assets refer to several photovoltaic power generation equipment and box-type substations, etc
