China Youran Dairy Group Limited has renewed a series of framework agreements with its controlling shareholder Yili Group, covering the purchase of dairy products, the sale of raw milk and the provision of financial services from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2029. The renewed arrangements formalize ongoing operational ties with Yili and Yili Finance Company, ensuring continuity in supply, sales and intra-group financing while triggering connected and discloseable transaction requirements under Hong Kong listing rules, including reporting, annual review, announcements and, for the raw milk agreement, independent shareholder approval.
