# BYD's Chief Financial Officer has an annual salary of 10.135 million RMB, higher than Chairman Wang Chuanfu

BYD (01211.HK) 2025 annual report shows that the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Zhou Yalin has an annual pre-tax salary of 10.135 million yuan, making her the first CFO in A-shares to exceed an annual salary of 10 million yuan. This is nearly 2 million yuan more than the annual salary of 8.139 million yuan of BYD Chairman Wang Chuanfu.

According to public information, Zhou Yalin was born in 1977 and holds a master's degree. After graduating from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 1999, she joined BYD Industrial at that time, working in financial accounting at the grassroots level. She gradually grew into a core executive of the company, holding multiple positions including Chief Financial Officer of BYD Electronics, Director of BYD Semiconductor, and Chairman of BYD Auto Finance and BYD Property Insurance, and has been deeply involved in the company's capital operations, industrial finance, and globalization layout. In 2015, Zhou Yalin's annual salary was only 1.34 million yuan, and now her annual salary has exceeded 10 million yuan, showing a significant increase over the past decade
