# All Surface Products Now Priced at $1,000 or More! Tight Memory Supply Forces Microsoft to Raise Prices

Amidst a shortage in memory chip supply, Microsoft has significantly raised prices across its entire Surface product line. On April 13 local time, Microsoft announced a substantial price increase for its PC (personal computer) brand, the Surface series, with every model seeing a price hike of over $100. Following this adjustment, Microsoft will no longer offer any Surface products priced below $1,000. (The Paper)
