(Dongfeng Group) through its subsidiary Dongfeng Motor (Hong Kong) International Co., Ltd. ("Dongfeng Hong Kong"). Based on a full recognition and confidence in the company's future development prospects, and to support the company's continuous, healthy, and stable development, Dongfeng Hong Kong plans to increase its holdings of the company's H shares within 12 months from the date of this announcement, with an initial planned investment amount not exceeding 250 million yuan. As of the date of this announcement, Voyah Auto's controlling shareholder Dongfeng Group, Dongfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Woya Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) collectively hold 2,438,479,300 domestic shares and 118,184,609 H shares of the company, accounting for approximately 69.47% of the total shares. Voyah Auto was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 19, 2026, becoming the "first high-end new energy vehicle stock of central state-owned enterprises." Voyah Auto has also become another important force in new energy vehicle manufacturing in the Hong Kong stock market, following Nio, Li Auto, and XPeng. Voyah Auto is expected to achieve sales of 50,285 vehicles, 80,116 vehicles, and 150,169 vehicles in 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively, with a compound annual growth rate of 72.8% from 2023 to 2025.
