# The controlling shareholder increased its stake to 50%! CRHIC's net profit declined, but cash flow surged. When will the continuous net asset value decline be resolved?

Since the controlling shareholder China Railway announced its shareholding increase plan in May 2025, China Railway Industry has cumulatively increased its stake by 0.87%, bringing its shareholding ratio to 50%. A reporter from Daily Economic News found that after the controlling shareholder's historical increases on two occasions, China Railway Industry entered a medium to long-term market trend. Since the announcement of this shareholding increase plan, the stock price of China Railway Industry has become more active, although it still remains below net asset value. In 2025, China Railway Industry's operating revenue and net profit both declined, but the net cash flow from operating activities significantly increased, and contract liabilities reached a historical high.
