MOMENTUM FIN (01152.HK) announced that independent third party Mr. Zhou Duanyang and Nova Pacific converted convertible bonds with a total principal amount of approximately HKD 40.51 million, converting at a price of HKD 0.073, involving the issuance of nearly 555 million shares. Upon completion, Mr. Zhou and Nova Pacific will hold 6.68% and 10.02% of the company's equity, respectively
