FEG HOLDINGS (01413.HK) announced a proposed rights issue to issue up to 164 million shares; the subscription price is HKD 0.214, a discount of 28.67% compared to today's (14th) closing price. The total amount raised is HKD 35.1 million, and the net proceeds of HKD 33.52 million will be used to fund the renovation project of the Yiao Hotel building at the Shengguo Garden Commercial Center located in Jimei District, Xiamen City
