Wang Jiangang stepped down as the legal representative and was succeeded by Hu Linping. Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. were added as shareholders, while the registered capital increased from approximately RMB 8.88 billion to approximately RMB 9.36 billion. The company was established in July 2010, and its business scope includes the design and production of civil aircraft components, civil aircraft maintenance, general aviation services, etc. It is currently jointly held by Aviation Industry Corporation of China and the aforementioned new shareholders
