Breton Technology Co., Ltd. Class H ( (HK:1333) ) has issued an announcement.

Breton Technology announced that its chairman, general manager and executive director, Mr. Chen Fangming, who is also the controlling shareholder, has purchased 294,000 H shares on the market using his own funds, increasing his direct holding to about 30.46% of the company’s total issued share capital.
