# "New Shares" reports that institutional investors' subscriptions for VGT are expected to close one day earlier, with H-share fundraising potentially expanding to HKD 20.2 billion

According to a report by Bloomberg, Nvidia (NVDA.US) supplier and mainland AI printed circuit board (PCB) leader VGT (02476.HK) plans to stop accepting subscriptions from institutional investors for its Hong Kong offering one day earlier. The subscription for this stock will close at noon on Wednesday (15th), and its public offering will close tomorrow (16th).

In addition, Reuters' IFR reported that due to strong demand, VGT (300476.SZ), which is listed on the mainland A-shares, plans to expand its H-share listing scale to HKD 20.2 billion.

As of the opening of the Hong Kong stock market this morning (15th), the margin subscription amount for VGT reached HKD 46.475 billion, oversubscribed by about 25 times
