# HPI's electricity generation in the first quarter decreased by 4.82% year-on-year

Huaneng International Power Co., Ltd. (00902.HK) announced that in the first quarter of 2026, the total on-grid electricity generated by its operating power plants in China, according to consolidated financial statements, was 101.489 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year decrease of 4.82%; in the first quarter of 2026, the average on-grid settlement price for its operating power plants in China was RMB 460.73 per megawatt-hour, a year-on-year decrease of 5.63%
