Guangzhou will create 50 government super agents and establish a 40 billion yuan government investment parent fund, prioritizing support for key industries including artificial intelligence, the low-altitude economy, and biomedicine. To further improve the long-term implementation mechanism, the first batch of 100 typical cases of "small cut" industrial business environment measures will be released.
