The instant delivery platform Lalamove released the "Sustainability Report 2025," disclosing that the order fulfillment rate for new energy vehicles in mainland China has exceeded 60%, with vans reaching as high as 67%, achieving the originally set environmental goals for 2028 three years ahead of schedule.

## Obtained ISO 27701 Privacy Certification with Zero Injury Operations for Four Consecutive Years

Corporate Affairs Director Li Zhipeng stated that 2025 is an important milestone for the company's sustainability, integrating data insights into ESG strategies to deepen the platform's impact. In addition, Lalamove successfully obtained ISO 27701 privacy information management system certification, reinforcing user trust in data privacy. The company has maintained a 99.9% zero injury operation rate for the fourth consecutive year across global markets.
