# NetEase Youdao Vice President Liu Renlei reduced his holdings by 30,000 shares: cashing out 2.11 million yuan

Documents submitted by NetEase Youdao to the U.S. SEC show that NetEase Vice President Liu Renlei sold 30,000 shares of Youdao on March 18, 2026.

The shares were valued at $310,000 (approximately 2.11 million yuan).

According to information, Liu Renlei was admitted to Tsinghua University’s Computer Science Department in 2000 from Qinghai and joined NetEase Youdao in 2007 after graduating with a bachelor's degree. Liu Renlei has successively promoted the development of NetEase Youdao Dictionary, Youdao Cloud Notes, Youdao Dictionary Pen, and Youdao Premium Courses.
