# COSCO SHIPPING Energy plans to build two Panamax oil tankers at a cost of 1 billion RMB

COSCO SHIPPING Energy (01138.HK) announced related transactions, signing a shipbuilding contract with Qidong Marine Engineering to construct two Panamax oil tankers with a deadweight of 74,900 tons, at a total price of 1.018 billion RMB. The vessels are expected to be delivered at the end of October and November 2028
