# CICC rose 2.6% in early trading, yesterday announced a profit warning expecting first-quarter net profit of at least 3.369 billion RMB

CICC (03908.HK) opened up 3.95% today (16th), reaching a high of HKD 20.12. It is currently reported at HKD 19.76, up 2.6%, with a trading volume of 3.7636 million shares, involving HKD 74.9359 million.

CICC announced a positive profit forecast yesterday, expecting a net profit attributable to shareholders in the first quarter to be between RMB 3.369 billion and RMB 3.88 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of 65% to 90%.

Morgan Stanley issued a report, believing that there is an over 80% chance that CICC's stock price will rise within the next 30 days. The main reason is that the stock price has recently retreated, making short-term valuations more attractive
