# The villa at Tai Po Beverly Hills was rented out for HKD 76,000, with a rental yield of 2.6%

Central China Real Estate stated that the latest listing for the villas in Tai Po, Beverly Hills, is a double-numbered house on Lakeview Road, with a building area of 4,262 square feet and a usable area of 2,621 square feet, priced at approximately HKD 80,000. After negotiation, it was rented out for HKD 76,000, with an average usable rent of about HKD 29 per square foot.

It is understood that the new tenant is from outside the area, attracted by the comfortable environment of the estate, high quality of the unit, and reasonable rent, and thus decided to rent the unit for personal use. It is reported that the owner purchased the unit in 2014 for HKD 34.5 million, and this rental can enjoy a rental return of 2.6%
