The unit has a usable area of approximately 680 square feet, featuring a design of 3 bedrooms and 1 suite with an open kitchen, facing northwest with a broad view. The new buyer is a customer upgrading from outside the area.

The owner originally listed the unit for HKD 5.88 million and after negotiation, it was sold for HKD 4.88 million, equivalent to a price of approximately HKD 7,176 per usable square foot. It is reported that the original owner purchased the unit in 2014 for about HKD 4.85 million
