# Collective excitement! Commercial spaceflight is heating up again, SHENJIAN GUFEN continues to set historical highs

On April 16, the A-share commercial aerospace sector continued its recent strong performance. SHENJIAN GUFEN hit the daily limit during trading, reaching a new historical high; by the close, Dingtong and \*ST GUANDIAN both closed with a 20% increase, while Jinlu Electronics, Yonggui Electric, and Beixin Yuan rose over 10%, with stocks like Guanggang Gas and Parallel Technology also following suit.

In terms of news, American cloud service provider Amazon recently announced it would acquire satellite operator Globalstar at a price of $90 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately $11.57 billion (nearly 80 billion RMB). Through this acquisition, Amazon will gain Globalstar's existing satellite operations, infrastructure, and globally authorized spectrum licenses to enhance its low Earth orbit satellite network, Amazon Leo, expand direct device service coverage, and compete in the satellite broadband sector against Starlink.

Meanwhile, since April, China's aerospace launches have entered a high-frequency rhythm. On April 14, the Lijian-1 Yao-12 carrier rocket successfully launched 8 satellites, including the Jixing Gaofen 07A02 satellite, into their designated orbits using a "one arrow, eight stars" method. On April 11, China successfully launched a satellite internet technology experimental satellite in the waters near Yangjiang, Guangdong. On April 9, the Long March 6 modified carrier rocket successfully launched a group of 21 low-orbit satellites for satellite internet. On April 7, the seventh batch of networking satellites for the Qianfan constellation was successfully launched using a "one arrow, 18 stars" method at the Hainan International Commercial Aerospace Launch Site.

The capital market's response has also been enthusiastic. According to Qixinbao data, the total financing for China's commercial aerospace is expected to reach 25 billion to 28 billion RMB by 2025, with commercial aerospace continuing to "attract capital." Data from Qichacha shows that the number of registered commercial aerospace-related companies in China is expected to surge by 54.5% year-on-year to 25,700 by 2025, setting a new high in nearly a decade. As of April 13, 2026, there are currently 99,000 commercial aerospace-related companies in China.

CITIC Securities research report believes that the future of commercial aerospace is vast, with both China and the U.S. placing commercial aerospace at a very high strategic level. Driven by the dual strategic value of frequency allocation and operational service commercial value, China's policies support the development of commercial aerospace from both industrial and capital market perspectives, showing an accelerated catch-up trend domestically. Large reusable rockets are beginning to have frequent maiden flights, which are expected to gradually break through core industrial bottlenecks and accelerate the closure of the commercial aerospace industry.

Huaxin Securities pointed out that **the current commercial aerospace industry is entering a golden period of large-scale development, with the deep integration of artificial intelligence and commercial aerospace becoming the core driving force for industrial upgrading, while low-orbit satellite internet, as an important component of new infrastructure, continues to see market demand released.**
