Recently, it received the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Capital Securities Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue no more than 1.048 billion overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
