# Approximately 300 Million Shares Held by BANK OF LANZHOU's Third Largest Shareholder to Be Sold at Judicial Auction

BANK OF LANZHOU announced that approximately 300 million shares held by its third largest shareholder, Huabang Holding Group, will be publicly auctioned on the JD judicial auction platform from 10:00 AM on May 13, 2026, to 10:00 AM on May 14, 2026. The aforementioned shares account for 100% of Huabang Group's holdings and 5.28% of BANK OF LANZHOU's total share capital. The bank stated that if this auction is successful, Huabang Group will no longer be a shareholder of the bank. This shareholder reduction is a passive reduction caused by judicial enforcement; both the timing and price of the reduction are uncertain, and the actual reduction status shall prevail based on final court execution.
