# Boeing plans to recruit over 100 factory employees each week to increase production

American aircraft manufacturer Boeing (BA.US) plans to recruit workers at a rate of about 100 to 140 factory workers per week, the fastest pace since 2024, to replace retirees and increase staff numbers to support higher productivity and new aircraft models.

The company stated that this move will add personnel to the fourth production line in Seattle to produce its best-selling 737MAX narrow-body aircraft
