WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) subsidiary FINNIE recently recorded a transaction of 1 unique one-bedroom unit, with a transaction amount of HKD 8.5 million and a price per square foot of HKD 34,274, setting a new record for the highest price per square foot since the project's launch.

WANG ON PPT Executive Director Cheng Deyun stated that the sold unit is Unit D on the 2nd floor, with a usable area of 248 square feet. Buyers are primarily attracted to the project's advantageous geographical location, within walking distance to the MTR Quarry Bay Station Exit B, enjoying access to the core railway network. Additionally, the project is adjacent to the top commercial center Taikoo Place, where there is strong rental demand from professionals in the area, making it appealing for both self-occupation and long-term investment.
