The manager of the Central Plains Properties Yu Jing Wan and Outlying Islands District Yu Jing Plaza branch, Hu Wenhan, stated that the branch recently facilitated a transaction for the sale of a unit in Yu Jing Wan Phase 14. The unit is Room A on a mid-level of Block 2, with a usable area of 952 square feet, featuring a three-bedroom suite layout, offering views of the open swimming pool and beautiful sea scenery. The unit was recently leased for HKD 12.8 million, equivalent to a price of approximately HKD 13,445 per usable square foot.

The new buyer is a mainland client who, after renting in the same area, fell in love with the living environment of Yu Jing Wan and decided to "rent to buy." It is understood that the original owner purchased the unit in 2012 for HKD 13.29 million and has held it for about 14 years. This transfer will result in a paper loss of approximately HKD 490,000, but considering the rental income during the holding period, it is believed that there will be a substantial profit upon exit
