# In "Hong Kong Property," a significant transaction occurred at the Yung Yi Kenedy Town with a mainland mobile game company's executive spending 124 million yuan to acquire 12 units

According to data from the Land Registry, Yongyi International (01218.HK) recorded significant transactions at the Kennedy Town Seaview, involving a total of 12 units across the 21st and 22nd floors, purchased by executives from a mainland mobile game company for HKD 124 million, with transaction prices per unit ranging from HKD 8.96 million to HKD 13.761 million, and a price per square foot exceeding HKD 33,000.

The new buyers of the aforementioned 12 units include Hong Kong Camel Games Limited (CAMEL GAMES LIMITED) and Hong Kong Ke Mo Software Co., Limited (HONG KONG KE MO SOFTWARE CO., LIMITED), whose company directors are David Mao and Lu Yi, respectively, who are the chairman and general manager of Ultrapower (300002.SZ).

Ultrapower was established in 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009, focusing on IT operations management, the Internet of Things, mobile games, and artificial intelligence. The company is one of the representative enterprises for domestic mobile games going overseas in recent years, with notable works including "City of the Rising Sun," "Fire and Order," and "Endless Sky." In 2024, it ranked 46th on the list of the top 50 global mobile game publishers
