Graphex Group ADR ( (GRFXY) ) just unveiled an update.

Graphex Group Limited has moved to voluntarily terminate its sponsored American Depositary Shares programme in the United States, where its ADSs currently trade on the OTC Expert Market under the symbol GRFXY. The decision follows years of declining U.S. listing status, including the May 2025 delisting of its ADSs from NYSE American and their migration to over-the-counter trading.

On April 10, 2026, the company instructed The Bank of New York Mellon to end the deposit agreement, and the depositary notified ADS holders on April 16, 2026 that the programme will terminate on July 14, 2026. Investors have until at least July 17, 2026 to surrender ADSs for the underlying Hong Kong–listed ordinary shares, after which the depositary may sell remaining shares and remit net proceeds, while Graphex will focus its listing and fundraising activities on its primary Hong Kong market.
