On April 17th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Filing of Overseas Issuance and Listing by Capital Securities Co., Ltd.", confirming the overseas issuance and listing filing information of Capital Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Capital Securities", 601136). The filing notice shows that Capital Securities plans to issue no more than 1.048 billion overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. (The Paper)
