# Middle East Stock Market Closing Report | Kuwait Index Nears All-Time High Close

On Sunday (April 19), the Kuwait Stock Exchange Supermarket Price Return Index closed up 0.08% at 9,521.25 points, nearing the closing levels of December 29, 2024 (9,567.31 points) and December 14 of that year (9,715.05 points)—the all-time high closing price (which reached as high as 9,756.75 points intraday).

The Qatar Stock Exchange Index closed up 0.03% at 10,718.23 points, holding steady above the March 2 closing level (10,581.03 points) since April 8.
