# COOLPAD GROUP: Exercise MSTR subscription options and sell listed securities

According to the announcement from COOLPAD GROUP (02369), the 390 MSTR call options sold by Digital Tech on April 16, 2026 (Eastern Standard Time) were fully exercised by the relevant holders of the 390 MSTR call options on April 17, 2026 (Eastern Standard Time). After the exercise of the 390 MSTR call options, Digital Tech must settle the 390 MSTR call options by delivering the relevant MSTR shares to the holders in exchange for the payment of the exercise price of USD 150.00 per MSTR share.

On April 17, 2026 (Eastern Standard Time), the group sold 39,000 MSTR shares to the holders of the 390 MSTR call options in the open market at a price of USD 150.00 per MSTR share (excluding transaction costs), with a total consideration of approximately USD 5.85 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 45.69 million)
