# JD (9618) invests 2 billion to establish its headquarters in Zhejiang, located in Hangzhou, accommodating over 4,000 employees

According to domestic media reports, Hangzhou JD Jihui Information Technology successfully acquired a commercial land along the river in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City for a total price of 663 million yuan (RMB, the same below), which will be used to build JD (9618.HK) headquarters in the Zhejiang region. At the same time, the company plans a total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan to create a regional center that integrates office, technology, and JD MALL functions, accommodating more than 4,000 employees.

Data shows that the transaction floor price of the land is 5,600 yuan per square meter, the land use nature is commercial land compatible with business and financial land, the area transferred is 26,297 square meters, the plot ratio is 4.5, the buildable area is 118,300 square meters, and the building height is not more than 100 meters and not less than 15 meters
