# DFZQ opened high at 13.5% but quickly retraced in the early session. It plans to fully acquire Shanghai Securities with cash and new shares. A-shares are suspended from trading starting today

DFZQ (03958.HK) opened 13.53% higher this morning (20th), reaching an intraday high of 6.88 yuan, but the early gains quickly narrowed, briefly turning negative. It is currently reported at 6.06 yuan, with no significant fluctuations, and trading volume surged to 75.1128 million shares, involving 469 million yuan.

The company announced that yesterday (19th), it signed a letter of intent for asset purchase with Bailian Group, Shanghai International Group Investment, Shanghai International Group, Shanghai Urban Investment Group, and Guotai Haitong (02611.HK). According to this agreement, the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Securities through the issuance of A shares and cash payment. DFZQ (600958.SH) A shares will be suspended from trading starting April 20th (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days
