# BUZZ-Psychedelic drug developers rise after Trump signals regulatory support

Shares of psychedelic drug developers rise premarket after U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Saturday, telling health regulators to speed up review of psychedelic drugs such as ibogaine and set aside $50 million for research

Shares of Atai (ATAI.O) jump 21%, Definium Therapeutics (DFTX.O) rise 18%, Compass Pathways (CMPS.O) climb 24%, GH Research (GHRS.O) gain 19%, Enveric (ENVB.O) add 7% before the bell

U.S.-listed shares of Cybin (HELP.O) up 15%

Brokerage Jefferies says the order is an “official stamp of validation to the class”, showing government support is “real/actionable (not rhetorical)”
