# CN ANCHU ENERGY plans to increase its authorized share capital to HKD 20 million

According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, CN ANCHU ENERGY (02399) announced that the board of directors intends to seek shareholder approval at the annual general meeting through an ordinary resolution to increase the company's authorized share capital from HKD 10 million (divided into 4 billion shares) to HKD 20 million (divided into 8 billion shares) by adding 4 billion unissued shares. These shares will have equal status in all respects
