According to the Economic Information Agency on the 20th, CN ANCHU ENERGY (02399) announced that the board intends to seek shareholder approval at the annual general meeting through an ordinary resolution to increase the company's registered capital from HKD 10 million (divided into 4 billion shares) to HKD 20 million (divided into 8 billion shares) by adding 4 billion unissued shares.
