Midland Realty stated that in Kai Tak Paradise - Tower 1, Unit F on a high floor, with a usable area of approximately 460 square feet and a two-bedroom layout, was purchased by a user for about HKD 14.1 million, with a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 30,652. The original owner purchased it in November 2024 for about HKD 10.13 million, holding it for about 17 months, realizing a paper profit of approximately HKD 3.97 million or about 39.2%
