Plaintiffs Zhejiang Tao Mou Network Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Tian Mou Network Co., Ltd. operate an e-commerce platform providing e-commerce services. The platform stores extensive product data, including product names, images, prices, and promotional information. Both companies have entered into agreements with merchants on the platform, stipulating their legal right to hold the aforementioned product data and explicitly prohibiting any unauthorized data acquisition.
