# Risk Assets Rally: HSBC Strategist Kettner Advises Investors to Buy on Dips

HSBC strategists reaffirmed their bullish stance on global risk assets, viewing the recent rally as well-founded and likely to persist despite widespread investor skepticism. Led by Max Kettner, the team attributes this view to easing financial conditions, accelerating U.S. high-frequency consumption data, and improving overall growth indicators. Additionally, they wrote in their report, "At least so far, crude oil futures prices have not converged upward toward Middle Eastern grade crude and spot prices; instead, they have moved in the opposite direction." The team maintains its strongest bullish position on equities while significantly overweighting emerging market rate assets. They also overweight high-yield credit bonds and gold. Furthermore, they prefer European bond duration over U.S. bond duration. (Bloomberg)
