# Keppel REIT posts 1.27-cent DPU as NPI rises 9.7% in Q1

**Its total portfolio was valued at about $11.8b.**

Keppel REIT reported an estimated distribution per unit of 1.27 cents for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, according to its manager, Keppel REIT Management Limited.

Distributable income from operations rose 19.7% year-on-year to $57.9m, whilst total distributable income, including anniversary distribution, increased 17.8% to $62.9m.

Net property income grew 9.7% to $59.9m, up from $54.6m in the same period last year.

The REIT’s total portfolio was valued at about $11.8b, with assets primarily located in Singapore, accounting for 78.9% of the portfolio.

Meanwhile, Australia made up 18.1% of the portfolio, followed by South Korea at 2.3%, and Japan at 0.7%.
