# Self-Variable Secures Nearly 2 Billion Yuan in New Financing? Founder Responds: Xiaomi Strategic Investment Leads, Thanks Lei Jun for Support

At today's "Birth of a Family Member" press conference hosted by Self-Variable, Wang Qian, founder and CEO of Self-Variable, confirmed that the company recently completed its Series B financing round led by Xiaomi Strategic Investment.

"We thank Mr. Lei and Xiaomi for their support. Self-Variable will continue to forge ahead bravely and reward all shareholders," Wang Qian said. According to recent reports, Self-Variable Robot completed nearly 2 billion yuan in Series B financing from late March to early April, with Xiaomi Strategic Investment and Sequoia China as lead investors.
